1. By Sea: If goods are large quantity and you don’t need it urgently, you can choose by sea to save some freight cost which takes about one month to arrive;

2. By Express : We ship goods by UPS/DHL/FEDEX/TNT express which is door to door, you don’t need go out and can get it, takes 3~ 5 days to arrive;

3. By Air : We can also help you ship goods by air cargo which you need to go to Air port to take them home, it takes about 2-7 days to arrive;

Q1: Are you a manufacturer or trading company?

A1: A manufacturer.

Q2: What about the shipping methods?
A2: For small orders, you may choose following expresses: UPS, FedEx, TNT, DHL, EMS. For large volume, you may ship the goods by air or by sea to save cost.

Q3: What about the payment methods?
A3: We accept T/T, L/C for large value, and for small orders, you may pay us by Paypal, Western Union, Moneygram, Escrow, etc.

Q4: How much does it cost to ship to my country?
A4: It depends on seasons and different forwarders. Fee is different offered by different forwarders, and in different seasons. You can consult your nominated forwarder or us at any time.

Q5: What's your delivery time?
A5: Bulk lead time will be around 45-60 days after samples are approved, and deposit has been paid.

Q6: Can I print our logo/barcode/unique QR code/series number on your products?
A6: Yes, of course.

Q7: Can I order some sample for our testing?
A7: Samples will be invoiced at FOB prices x 2, but it will be refunded when you have placed orders and met MOQ 500 pcs per style per colour.

Q8: Can you customize my products in special shape?

A8: Yes, we offer OEM and ODM service.

Q9: How can you make sure we will receive the products with high quality?
A9: We have internal QC check, and if you want, we may get bulk products tested or AQL inspected by a third party.
