Silicon Slag is a kind of mixture which contains the main content Silicon (45%~95%) and other components such as C, S, P, Al, Fe. It is a by-product from the manufacturer of silicon metal, mainly used in steelmaking, casting and so on. It can also be very good to improve furnace temperature, increase the flow of molten iron slag effectively.
Size: 0-3mm, 1-10mm, 10-50mm or as per customers’ requirement. Remark: specification and size can be optimized by per customers’ requirement.

Application:
1. Silicon content from 30~50% is used for silicon addition for iron making in the blast furnace and cupola furnace. 2. Silicon content from 50~70% is used for the deoxidization of steel making. 3.We use silicon slag to produce silicon briquette which is far and wide market in domestic and international. 4.It is a good substitute for FeSi in steel making, which has advantage in reducing the cost of production.
