Spraying cotton, also known as shotcrete, is a kind of nonwovens. The glue cotton structure is formed by spraying the adhesive on the two sides of the fluffy fiber layer. Because of the pressure in the spray and the suction of the lower vacuum suction, the adhesive can be penetrated inside the fiber layer, and the fiber layer after the spray is then dried and solidified to make the intersection point between the fibers. The fibers that are adhered without being bonded to each other still have a considerable degree of freedom. At the same time, there are still many air gaps in the three dimensional network structure. Therefore, the fibrous layer is porous and highly bulky.
Colloid cotton, also known as a nonwovens, is a kind of nonwoven fabric that is usually described as a space cotton or vacuum cotton. It is made of natural cotton fiber, artificial fiber or synthetic fiber through loosening, carding, spraying and baking. Because of its fluffy, high compression resilience, dry and wet washing, and light and warm quality, it has become an important material for manufacturing cotton clothes and skiing sweaters, spacesuit, quilts, sleeping bags and other bedding and some industrial supplies in recent years.

Performance and use
This glue has high bond strength, good mechanical stability and permeability, which makes the sprayed cotton soft, good springback and good pulling force. According to different requirements, it can be produced from 60g/m2-200g/m2 spray cotton. This product does not contain heavy metals, APEO, benzene, aldehydes, alcohols, non-toxic, harmless, water environmental protection.

Its hardness and hardness can be purchased or mixed according to needs. 1, the product is waterborne, non-toxic, non inflammable and explosive, and is packaged in 50 kilograms, 200 kilograms, 1000 kilograms of plastic barrels.
2, this product should be kept in a ventilated and dry storehouse to prevent exposure, transportation and storage at 5 degree Celsius.
