1. DZSF Model linear vibration screen (Horizontal vibrating sieve, rectangular vibration sifter)

is suitable for screening all of dry material (from 0.074mm to 20 mm) or mesh size (2-600 mesh)
2. The linear vibrating screen machine supports 6 layers at most. But 3 layers is highly recommended.
3. The vibrating sifter dimension size and voltage customization are both supported. 
4. The largest screening area can reach 2000mm*6000mm. 
5. The vibrating sieve motors is mounted below screening box. 
6. In general,  for linear vibrating screening machine, its inclined angle is 0~10°. 
7. The linear vibrating sifter machine has 4 different material available. That is, stainless steel 304 or 316 or touching part SUS 304 or carbon steel Q235A.
8. The vibrating motor voltage is supported to be customized.  220/240/380/415/450V are all available. 50 or 60HZ. Signle phase or 3 phase. 
9. With large sieving capacity, small volume, high screening efficiency, high frequency, easily changed screen and good safe performance.
10. The rectangular vibrating screening machine is widely used for screening, grading and filtering, separating, classifying and sieving of powders, pellets, granule.
11. The square vibrating screen machine is mostly used in Food, Chemical, Construction, Paper-making,  Metallurgy and mining, Abrasive and ceramic industry etc. 
12. The vibrating sieving machine is composed of vibration motor, basement support, screen frame, inlet and outlets, dust-proof cover. 
13. Additional parts can be installed for better usage such as mobile running wheels, inspecation hole, noise-proof basement, special feeding hole and capacity-controlling device.
