1. elevator
to directly elevate potatoes to the washing＆peeling machine
2. washing＆peeling machine
to automatically clean and meanwhile to peel
3. sorting line
for workers to remove unqualified potatoes to improve the quality

to cut bananas, plantains or potatoed into chips
5. conveyor
to elevate the chips or the French fries to the washing machine
6. washing machine
to wash the mucus off the chips (French fries) surface
7. blanching machine
to passivate oxidase in chips(French fries) to prevent color deterioration and accelerate dehydration
8. vibrating dehydrator
to remove excess water from freshly washed and blanched chips (French fries)
9. air cooling dryer
to remove more water from chips(French fries) and transport them to a frying machine
10. automatic frying machine
frying period and temperature can be freely adjusted, so that fried products have a crisp and attractive stable appearance
11. vibrating deoiling machine
to emove the extra oil from the freshly fried chips(French fries)
12. air cooling deoiling machine
to blow off more oil from chips(French fries) and cool it down to get them prepared to go into the seasoning machine
13. automatic drum flavoring machine
with automatic rolling speed controller and automatic condiment feeding device, can adjust the condiment quantity. The condiment will be fully mixed with chips.(French fries does not need this machine)
14. automatic weighing packing machine
to weigh and pack chips(French fries) automatically as per request. Other functions can be added, such as coding and nitrogen charging
