Trading Conditions

1. Payment term: 30% deposit by T/T or Western union; 70% before delivery.

2. Delivery time: 10-15 days for 50pcs; 15-25 days for 500pcs.

3. Samples time: 5 days.

1. Before the order to be confirmed, we will check the material & colour temperature by sample which should be strictly.

4. Before delivery clients could send one QC or point the third party to check the quality.

5. We will try our best to help clients when problem occurred.

Warranty terms

1. All the Lepower products are 5 years warranty.

2. Under the terms of this warranty, if the product have a failure occurs under normal usage within warranty period, Lepower will provide free/rework new products based on the proof-documents.

3. If failure or damage due to incorrect operation, wire connection, or anything other do not follow our instuction, Lepower will provide paid maintance within warranty period.

Yes, we can use the label you offer,we can also do OEM & ODM.

Q2.Our project is on seaside, what if your lights be corrosion by sea water?
Metal has high corrosion resistance.Besides, we do best on light surface treatment, 

electrostatic spraying and electrophoresis can effectively protect our lights from salt water corrision.

Q3. I really would like to try a sample first ,is that possible?
