Hydraulic filter press is a very mature dewatering equipment and widely used in Europe and the United States Sludge Dewatering project.
The Filter plate with filtrate pathway and filter frame are arranged in parallel alternately, each group of filter plate and filter frame is sandwiched with filter cloth, the filter plate and the filter frame are pressed tightly by pressing end, so that the filter plate and the filter plate form a pressure filter chamber. Sludge from the feed into the inlet, then water through the filter plate from the export of filtrate, mud cakes stacked in the filter cloth, filter plate and filter frame loosened after the mud cake is very easy to peel down. This filter press has many strong advantages: simple operation, cake with high solid rate, the powerful applicability.
