Melamine Moulding Compound (MMC): 

 

We specialized in thermosetting plastic for 39 years.

 

1. Product ingredient: 

 

This series of products are aminoplast based on melamine formaldehyde resin and takes fibre, mineral as the filling, together with both lubricant,hardener and pigment,etc.

 

2. Product classification:

 

MF1P-XXX, Powder form, compression grade.

      This is special grade for making melamine dinnerware / tableware,  with good fluid, appearance and high temperature of hot distortion.

      This dinnerware can be used in dish-washing machine, But it can not be used in microwave oven.

 

MF1G-XXX, Granular form, compression grade.

      General purpose, mostly used for making low-volage electrical equipment, handle, buttons, etc. Granule size: 1.0mm-2.0mm. Granule material will make the workshop's environment much better.

 

MF1I-XXX, Granular form, injection grade.

      Top grade, used for injection machine, with best product appearance, highest production efficiency; used for making all kinds of electrical appliances, handles, insulated component, with high cost performance.

 

3.  Melamine resin content:

 

               A1: 30% MMC and 70% UMC

               A3: 50% MMC and 50% UMC

               A5: 100% MMC

 

4. Color available: Any color is available.

 

Packaging: Plastic knitting bag with wet proof inner plastic. 25kg/bag

Storage: Kept in airy, dry and cool room.

Storage period: one year from the manufacturing date.
