13.56mhz rfid tag, nfc tag is easy to do programmable, like URL encoded, so that it can work with Andriod smartphone with NFC. When NFC tag get closed to NFC position on the smartphone, programed website link comes out immediately. It's mainly used for many applications like company promotion, smart poster, event ticketing, industrial using, etc.

Production flow of blank nfc tag . 

Strict and full inspection to make control of the quality .

In the whole production, we will have 3 inspection point.

• The 1st inspection is chip on board, will check wheher chip in the correct position, and whether it function well or not. If not work, there will be marked dot. item with marked dot will not go into the next step.


• The 2nd inspectiono, recombination of chip and antenna. will inspect whether correct combined and it function well or not. if not good, same marked dot. and wont go into the next step.


• The 3rd inspection , cut into pieces. It comes out end-product nfc tag, same size as client, like you need 25mm diameter. will check all the surface and function good or not. If good, will go to packing box. If not good, will be taken off.
