Yes, we can provide the samples of most products . But we will charge a little model fee,if you placed the order we will pay back the sample fee to you and freight should be collected by your side

3) Does your products has any certificate ?

 Yes, our products comply with EN71 standard and we have certificates for every model.

(4) What's your payment term ?

 Our normal payment term is 30% as deposit, balance before loading by T/T. For large order, we accept L/C.

(5) How can I place order ?

 Sign contract-- Pay deposit-- Production--Pay balance--loading -- delivery

(6) How can I know the completion of my order?

 30% deposit payment---start production---Take photos you confirmed ---check the logistic---book shipment---inform customer ETD & ETA---load container---balance payment---send documents

(7) What's your delivery time ?

 It is based on the quantity you order. But normally, our production time is 15 to 25 working days.
