1. Are you a factory or company?
We are a manufacturer & trading company which is specialized in shoes for many years.
2. What's your payment term?
We can accept L/C;T/T;Western Union.
3. Is the sample for free?
If we have samples at hand, we can make it free for you, and you just pay us shipping cost.If we don't have it at hand, you should pay for the sample including shipping cost.
4. My design shoes are available?
Yes, customers' design is available.
5. Can print my logo inside?
Yes, customers' logo is available.
6. How can you control the quality for us?
Once you place an order to us, we will send confirmation samples for your checking before bulk production. If confirmed, our professional QC will take the sample to the factory for checking materials, last, outsole, craft and all the packing details and make sure everything as your requirement.
What's more, it's also welcomed that your QC can go to inspect production.
