Q1: Are you a trading company or manufacturer?

Q2: Can we print our logo on the products?

A2: Surely you can. Besides logo printing, OEM/ODM orders are all welcomed.



Q3: Can we have samples for visual inspection?

A3: Of course. We can send you samples for free via freight collect. The freight can be returned once the order is confirmed.



Q4: What certificates do you have for your products?

A4: Since we are a producer with variety of products. Our customers normally do the quality testing themselves. From our customers' feedbacks, some can pass EN71-9 test and some are with EN71-3.



Q5: What the regular MOQ for your product ?

A5: Crayons: 3000 pcs per color / Highlighters: 5000 pcs per color / Ballpoint pens: 10000 pcs / Markers: 5000 pcs

Special pens: depends on the specific items. For those regular items which we have in stock, the quantity could be less.



Q6: What's your payment term?

A6: Regularly doing 30% deposit and 70% balance by T/T for the first cooperation. For future orders, the payment terms is negotiable.



Q7: Delivery time ?

A7: Usually it's 25 days after receiving deposit, specific delivery date based on the order quantity.



Q8: If we don't have any shipping forwarder in China, could you do this for us ?

A8: We can offer you best shipping line to ensure you can get goods timely at best price.
