Q2: What's the time of delivery ?

A2: Depends on order quantity and our production schedule .

3-5 working days for sample order of standard model ;

12-20 working days for custom sample order & mass production after payment receipt.

Q3: What paying methods do you accept ?

A3: Alibaba Trade Assurance, T/T, Paypal , etc.

Q4: What is our the warranty policy ?

A4: 12 months warranty lifetime free maintainance except the human damage and force majeure factor, can be 24-monthes with extra cost.

During the guarantee period, we will send the new replacement components for free if it's because of hardware problem after we confirm, and cover the shipment fee for the replacement delivery.

Beyond the guarantee period, we will provide maintenance service and technical support (Hardware and other possible charges, we will not bear the responsibility).
