Structure features: The columns use two types of square steel tubes of different thickness. The outer square tube is connected with the bottom beam which installed universal wheel with locking mechanism; the inner square tube is connected with the upper beam. And the beam ends were equipped with anti-off device The inner tube can be adjusted within the scope of positioning drill holes (standard hole distance is 100mm, which can be customized). The inner tubes can be adjusted by the hand winch to user’s required height with screws through the positioning holes, then fastened with nuts.

 

Performance excellence: The gantry has a full range of mobility, easy to installation and disassembly, covering a small area, with grade adjustable height (The maximum adjustable height is 4 meters), reasonable steel structure design, can withstand weight from 1000 ~3000kg . If the height of the plant is limited, the low headroom electric hoist is available for easily low altitude operation.
