2.Fully Autoamtic Crimped Wire Mesh Machine

The machine is designed and produced by our factory to adapt to market demand, adopts shuttleless shaftment for straight weft insertion and wire prebending molding, synchronously finishes weft embossing and weaving, and is featured by simple operation, steady operation and high production efficiency.

It is suitable for weaving meshes with small and medium wire number and unusual wire meshes, and can weave specifications of crimped meshes with width of 1m-2.3m, knitting tightness of 2-20 meshes and wire diameter of 0.4mm-1.6mm.

The made products are widely used for screening filtration in coal mine, petroleum, chemical industry and other fields.
