Q1. Can the size and color be customized?

A1:   Yes! Any size and color is available.

Q2. Can you help me to design?

A2:   Yes, we can. We have many professional designers.

          They will use 3D MAX to make a design for your booth, and the design charge is FREE. 

          You just need to tell us you ideas or requirements about the exhibition booth.

Q3. How about the process?

A3:    1. Firstly, send us the floor plan of your booth,we will provide u a FREE 3D DESIGN.

           2. Second, send us the artwork of booth, before this i will send you the dimensions.

           3. Third, confirm the details of the booth and place an order to us.

           4. Manufacturing and assembled the booth, send u finished photos. 

           5. Delivery & transport the booth.

Q4. How long is the lead time?

A4:    In normal condition, within 15 days after deposit payment is done. 

Q5. How about the package?

A5:   wooden crate or Aluminum flight case with wheels and do waterproof processing,

          the specfication is customized.

Q7. How to assemble this booth by customers.

A7:   We will provide u the instruction. Also, will take some videos when we assembling

         the booth, store these videos in USB flash disk. Send u the USB flash disk together

         with booth.

Q7. How to transport?

A7:   Sea/air transport or express (also you can choose your own forwarder).
