Chemical  name: 2K Acrylic Primer

Substrates: Dried and sanded old paints film, putty or putty filler surcease, cannot for metal surface

Surface cleaning: Remove wax, silicon and other impurities with degreaser

Characteristic: Multi-purpose 2K primer surfaces.

Used together with its own hardener 1020s hardener.

Strong filling power, good ply adhesion, rich flexibility

Mixing ratio: 1020S Primer: 1020S Hardener: WL1000 Series Thinner=4: 1: 1

Pot-life: 1.5 hours, 25℃

Intervals: 5-10 mins, 20℃

Spraying layers: 2-3layers totally 50-70um

Spraying tools and air pressure: Gravity feed spray gun  1.2-1.6mm  3-4kg/cm²

                          Suction feed spray gun  1.7-1.8mm  3-4kg/cm²

Drying time:  Temperature    Dust free   Dry to sand   Recoat

                            25℃           5 mins              3 hours      4 hours

                            60℃           2 mins               40 mins      40 mins

Shelf life: 2 years in original sealed can in cool and dry place at 20℃
