Application
Spiral cables are mainly used for the most rigorous situations such as intensive use robots, electric doors, heavy duty machine, lifting ramps and drilling machines. They are suitable for both indoor and outdoor use and will provide long service life in very high duty applications. PUR outer sheath has resistance to abrasion, mineral oil, cooling liquid and gas. Additionally, PUR can be used all day long and anti microorganism and hydrolysis.
Construction
Conductor: Fine stranded bare/tinned copper
Insulation: PE (polyethylene)
Core color: TBD acc. to DIN 47100 standard. Wire gauge>0.5mm2, black insulation and white serial number with GR-YE protective conductor.
Outer sheath: PUR (polyurethane)
Sheath color: Grey(RAL 7001), Black(RAL 9005) or Orange(RAL 2003)

Testing volatge: 1200V ( <0.34mm2), 3000V (≥0.5mm2)
Temperature range: -5℃ till +70℃
Operating temperature: -5℃ till +70℃
