- Smart electric digital control system
The application of DSC control system in crane industry, known as digital intelligent crane control system (hereinafter referred to as DSC), is based on the operating characteristics of the professional development of the crane control system, the system is based on the crane 80% electricity consumed by the motor that uses the high performance CPU processing technology, integrated control, measurement and protection communication, feedback, high intelligent control system and the development of. The embedded intelligent technology and bus control technology are used to coordinate the dynamic and static control of the crane, the state monitoring and the stroke control. The system has the advantages of small volume, strong function, zero start, zero closing, energy saving and emission reduction, and the power consumption is more than 65% than that of the traditional crane's electric control and energy-saving 30%-60% cable.

As a whole, the control unit gives instructions, and the execution unit receives instructions to control the operation of the cranes.
