Standards and Scope of Application
The products are used for aerial electric power transmission according to the standard ASTM , IEC , BS , CSA , NFC , and so on
Specific property for using
1.The permissible long-time operating temperature for aerial conductor is 70 C
2.For long-span application in harsh environment such as heavy icing , the biggest stress of the cable at the lowest point on the span curve shall not exceed 60% of its breaking load.
3.When connecting conductors , the conductor near the connecting tube can't be prominent. Otherwise , the force on the operating conductors will be unbalanced after connectors are pressed . The connecting tube should be plated by moistureproof paint in order to avoid corrosion.
4.In order to meet conductor-to-earth or conductor-to-building distance requirement during installation , the conductor stress can be 10%~15% higher than its permissible normal tension .
DESCRIPTION
1.Good conductivity:The conductivity is the same as pure copper wire when the frequency is higher than 5MHZ
2.Save copper resource,reduce the produce cost:The CCA"S density is 37~40 percent of the pure copper wire ,and the length is 2.5 times of pure copper wire with the same weight.

It can be widely used in CATV Coaxial cable,RF cable,LAN cable, computer cable and Power cable, Magnet wire ,and power transmition etc .The CCA we can produce is 0.04~5.15mm,and we also can produce as customer's requirements.
