Cooling system is consist of plate exchanger, glycol water tank, cold water tank, chiller, pump and so on.

The boiled and still very hot wort is then cooled by passing through a heat exchanger to condition the wort to the ideal fermentation temperature. Glycol water and tap water are ideal for use as a coolant.
