Package way

Polyfoam to wrap the goods + inner brown boxes + master brown cartons [nail wooden batten if necessary (USD10/CBM surcharges)]

Shipping

1) For EXW prices, all the goods are well packed in our warehouse, and customer shall charge all the expenses of sending the goods to your pointed warehouse , arranging the goods to your port with your pointed forwader;

 

2) For FOB (free on board) Zhuhai prices, Darchin will response for the expenses of packing, transportation from our factory to Zhuhai port, and sending documents for customers to clear customs in destination port. The customer is responsible for the cost of ocean transportation from Zhuhai port to the final destination.

 

3) delivery time: 7 - 45 days depends on order quantity;

 

Terms of payment

1) MOQ: 12PCS for each item; for each order value no less than USD5000

 

2) Wire transfer(T/T) ; 30% deposit by T/T, then we will begin preparing the goods, 70% balance before delivery by T/T

 

3)  Irrevocable at sight letter of credit (for order with value at least 15,000.00 USD. )

 

 

Return of goods

 

We take great care at our factory to minimize the chance of damaged or defective goods, but as with all high temperature ceramic, occasional defects may appear. If you find a problem please let us know, and we will credit you for the unacceptable items in your next order.

 

 

As a result of long-way transportation, and fragile feature of ceramic, breakage of products may also appear. We will credit you for the broken items only on the condition of full container orders(FCL). For less than container orders(LCL), we can not take responsibilities for the broken items, as the goods are shipped by your carrier.
