Introduction:

The machine is mainly used for the pre-treatment for lychee/longan/rambutan wine and beverage. It is usually used to peel off the shell from lychee that are destemmed, cleaned and disinfected. The peeling rate of this machine is more than 99% and the loss of pulp is less than 1%. It is the ideal machine for high quality fruit wine and juice industry production.

The Major Functions:

1. Breaking lychee/longan which has been stemmed, cleaned and disinfected;

2. Separating peels from pulps;

3. Conveying lychee/longan pulps to juice refiner for the next processing procedure.

Working Flow:

The fruit firstly are fed into the crushing unit via the hopper to be cut open by a couple of rolls. The broken fruit will be separated into shell and pulp in the rotating tanker. At last, the shell are taken out from the machine with the action of rotating screw and the pulps are sent into the following process.
