Instructions for use:
A: The handle body is equipped with a positive and reverse knob switch, which can be selected according to actual needs.
B: When the start switch is turned on, the screwdriver head does not rotate. Only when the cutter head is pressed down and the
clutch is on, the cutter head starts to rotate to ensure safe use.
C: According to the torque of the loading and unloading screwdriver, adjust the torque sleeve, increase the clockwise torque,
reduce the counterclockwise torque, and have the scale line on it.
D: There is a hole screen muffler inside, which significantly reduces exhaust noise.
Precautions:
A: The compressed air should be clean and free of moisture and dirt. (loading oil and water separation)
B: Inject a small amount of lubricating oil at the joint before starting. HJ-10 (GB443-63) mechanical oil commonly known as white
oil, bearing and impact mechanism with 2G-2 (GB491-65) calcium-based grease.
Pneumatic tools are high-precision products that require frequent maintenance and inspection, and the components are inspected and
adjusted. After deactivation, lubricants should be stored to prevent rust inside the machine.
