                 This equipment is mainly used for welding airship body,outdoor membrane structure,

                 soft membrane roof, digester,double membrane gas holder, air or water bladder,hanging

                 water bag,inflatable pool,drifting boat,floating row,advertising printing cloth,car tent and

                 other large area membrane materials.

                 1.Large Span of Gantry,Convenient to Stack and Welding Materials:This design is called

                    gantry structure.The single-side reserved length is 4 m.The whole empty length of the

                    gantry is 8m(L)*2.2m(H).This equipment is specially designed for large scale projects,

                    mainly to ensure there are no occlusion objects around the equipment,so as to facilitate

                    the placing of materials and personnel operation.
                 2.Convenient to Move:Two sides of the gantry frame are fixed by triangle structure and

                     moved by universal rollers,it’s both convenient and stable.
                 3.Structures of Space and Operation are More Reasonable:The design concept is from the

                    high altitude airship military requirements,not only the space structure is large,and

                    operating structure is more reasonable.For example, quick change mould function,each

                    actions’ direction & abnormal alarm and other details are well considered.
                 4.Multiple Protection,Safe Working Environment:Equipped with a high-sensitive spark

                    protection system and overcurrent protection device,to protect the mold and materials

                    to the maximum extent,under the situation of parking or overflow;Setting up multiple

                    barrier protection,strict control high frequency magnetic field,working environment is

                    more secure.
