ABO-8.0 Tip rolling machine
Summary of structure
The tip rolling machine make up of roller, support, floor, shearing part, motor and driving system (coupling, gear), etc. Shearing part, support connect by screw and bottom board, make up the tip rolling structure, footing use screw fixed at the table board, motor install at the bottom of the machine, tense-lax belt, cross adjust screw to adjust, under the bottom board install four trundles for moving flexible, when fix the ground, need tight two screws to the ground to the two wheels leave the ground a little, so can not move when operate and use the machine.
When operate the machine, should close the automatic air switch’s connection power, Motor driving install at the belt pulley D1 of the motor, via the triangle belt drive the big triangle to drive D2, together the coaxial pinion Z1 drive roller coaxial big gear Z2 to make the roller get 50 rotate/minute, ROT n=n electricity xD1/D2xZ1/Z2=1400x70/335x64/85=45.5rotate/minute, beside the down roller big gear Z2, upper and down roller install a pair gear Z3, Z4 make the two rollers have same speed and opposite direction.

Tip rolling machine is the necessary auxiliary equipment for wire drawing machine, it will roll the wire head to be thinner to inlet in the wire drawing die according to the die size (at the same time cut-off the irregular head part before roll thin).
