2. Where is your factory? Can we visit your factory?

Our factory is located in Jieyang city, Guangdong China. We are close to       Chaoshan Airport and Chaoshan Express Train Station. Welcome to visit our factory.

3. Can you make customized orders?

- Yes, no problem. We can put customer’s logo or brand on request. Both ODM & OEM are welcomed.

4. What’s your MOQ?

Negotiable. Basically 3000pcsc each, it depends on different items, materials and colors.

5. Can we make customized colors?

No problem. Quantity negotiable.

6. Can we mix different items in an order?

Yes, you can mix different items in an order. For regular items and colors, we normally have stock. But if the items and colors are not available in stock and your quantity does not reach the MOQ, you need to wait until we have other orders to run production together.

7. Can you provide samples before order?

Yes, we can provide free samples for quality checking before order. But the freight charge should be to your account. The sample lead-time is around 3-7 days.

8. What’s your production lead-time?

Normally 35 days after confirmation of order, but it depends on quantity.

9. What certificates do your products have?

The material we use is food grade material. Testing can be done according to the customer’s request.

10. How do you control the quality of your products?

Quality is our company's prime concern, thus strict quality control is exercised throughout the entire processes. We have QC on each procedure of production as well as on finished products, and QA before shipping.
