We started to cooperated with China Academy of science (CAS) in 2001 and successfully developed YULONG MBBR media in 2007.

YULONG MBBR media Features:
1) Bioflim forming time is 3~15 days, the fastest is only 2 days. Do not culture of bacteria in advance. The formula scientific substance support the growth of heterotrophic and autotrophic microorganism within its cells

Shandong Junan longwang river sewage plant (Daily Treament Capacity: 15000 Cubic Meter/Day)
It was the project of upgrading and retrofitting which started from 2015, had passed the acceptance test in 2016. The original process is A2O+MBBR. We replace the other supplier's MBBR media with YULONG MBBR Media, the retrofitting of MBBR Screen, add Submersible Mixer in anoxic tank and add the Carbon Source in Anoxic Tank, ensure that the effluent quality achieved national 1A discharge standards.

2) the Water Quality of Upgrading and Retrofitting
The effluent quality achieved national 1A discharge standards. After secondary sedimentation tank, effluent TP is 0.38mg/L, so you can see, removal P can be reached in the biochemical stage. No need chemical phosphorus removal, it will save a lot of money.

3) the Biomass of Upgrading and Retrofitting
After upgrading and retrofitting, the biofilm of microorganisms on the surface of aerobic, anaerobic
and anoxic MBBR media were observed.
The biofilm of microorganisms on the surface of anaerobic and anoxic media have abundant dense biofilm. Aerobic media has abundant metazoan. After hanging biofilm matured,the biomass of anaerobic media is 44.11kg/m3,the biomass of anoxic media is 7.37kg/m3,the biomass of aerobic media is 25.26kg/m3.
