A2: you are welcome to visit our factory, it's only 20 minutes driving from Shenzhen Norths and 50 minutes from Bao an Airport.

Q3: How to get sample?
A3: we will offer 2 pcs free sample for testing. shipping charge will be on buyer's side. Buyer's Air Express account is also workable.

Q4: How to pay the sample fee?
A4: If you need extra sample for testing, we accept T/T & Paypal $ Credit card

Q5: Which Air Express the sample will be sent?
A5: Express available by UPS,TNT,Fedex,Aramex and GATI. if you need prepaid service, we also have very low discounts from the suppliers.

A7: We prefer T/T once the order is confirmed for first cooperation. From second order, 30% deposit as order confirmed and 70% before shipment. At sight L/C will be acceptable, but the price will be a little higher, because of the high L/C banking fee.
