Introduction:
The machine adopts a large rotary valve structure, high-quality stainless steel plunger type metering pump to perform filling, economical and practical, covers an area of small, widely used in pharmaceutical, food, pesticide and other industries of paste packaging, in full compliance with GMP requirements.
Application:
This machine is specially made for all kinds of granule sauce or paste, such as sauce with small particles, Chinese chilli paste, Chinese black bean in chili oil sauce, bolognese sauce with meat, baked beans in tomato sauce etc. All the contacted part with the chemical oil is high quality stainless steel.
Features:
1. It adopt the piston type metering pump to filling; the pump structure using quick-connect disassembly mechanism, easy to clean and disinfect;
2. Piston type metering pump piston rings made of tetrafluoroethylene;
3. PLC control system, frequency control, full automation;
5. It is easy to adjust the filling amount, can be slightly adjusted for each metering pump; easy to operate.
6. Filling cylinder adopts rotary valve type piston pump to effectively prevent wire drawing and drip;
7. To ensure the bottles and filling nozzles are in the correct position, we add a special bottles position device to make the whole filling process smooth and stable. No bottle no filling.
8. The feed tank adopts double-jacket hopper with stirring
9. The whole machine can be used for different specifications of the bottle, easy adjustment, can be completed in a short time.
