Technical Description

WNS automatic oil(gas)-fired steam boiler is the horizontal, 3-pass, fire-tube boiler, mainly consisted of shell, undee furnace, diversion smoke chamber, fire tubes ,etc. The fuel can be light oil, heavy oil, natural gas, liquefied gas, city coal gas and so on.Tailored solutions for sophisticated steam production: The steam boilers from YN Industriekessel in an output range from 1t/h to 20 t/h are available for a wide range of applications. Boiler controlling and safety systems
1. The controlling and safety systems are interlocked in an electric control cabinet (ECC).
2. The burning and security operation are controlled by ECC. It has the following basic functions :
    Protection program of automatic ignition
    Locking and protection program of operation
    Protection program of extinction
    Protection program of completion
    Protection program of water pumps (pressure loss)
    Protection program of ignition failure
    Protection program of combustion engine malfunction
    Protection program of combustion engine flameout
    Protection program of gas leakage
3. Alarm system
    Sound-light alarm of steam pressure and super-high steam pressure
    Sound-light alarm of high and low limit water level
    Sound-light alarm of pressure loss in water pumps

1.Service before sale:
  Provide relative technical datas as customer's requirements. Design the drawings including
  foundation (floor plan), layout drawing, basic general drawing and quotation.
2.Service in sale:
  After the contract working, we will execute each item, keep ISO9001:2008 standard in every
  manufacturing process. Keep in touch with customer and make sure that craft, quality and
  technology could meet the requirements.
3.Service after sale:
3-1 Help customers for free to adjust the system and train workers at site.
3-2 One year free quality guarantee except the problems caused by human and natural factors.
3-3 Long-life maintenance. We will charge for the spare and wearing parts at the cost prices.
