How to order from AISTAR? 
1. Inquiry-Professional quotation.
2. Confirm the price. lead time. artwork. payment term etc.
3. AISTAR Group sales send the Proforma Invoice with AISTAR company seal.
4. Customer make the payment for deposit and send us Bank receipt.
5.Initial Production Stage-Inform the clients that we have got the payment and will make the samples according to your request, send you photos or Samples to get your approval. After approval, we inform that we will arrange the production & inform the estimated time.
6. Middle Production-send photos to show the production line which you can see your products in . Confirm the estimated delivery time again.
7. End Production-Mass production products photos and samples will send to you for approval. You can also arrange the third party Inspection.
8. Client make payment for balance and AISTAR ship the cargo. Also AISTAR can accept payment term-Balance against B/L Copy. L/C or D/P payment Term.
9. Order can be say "finish" when you receive the goods and satisfy with them.

1.Q:Are you manufacturer or trading company?
A:We have our own 2 factories to produce 80% products by ourselves ,including fuel dispenser,fuel nozzle,fuel pump, camlock coupling ,measuring can, jerry can,valve,pipe fitting,flowmeter etc,rest 20% we purchase from our boss's relatives,friends to make sure get cheapest price and these factories working with us over 10 years.

A:We could supply all kinds of Fuel dispenser and fuel dispenser parts, Besides ,we provide OEM service, shipping service and QC service as well to make sure you get ONE-STOP purchase process from us. 
3.Q:Can you customize the products as per our request?
A: Yes, we do OEM and ODM. We could make the product suggestion based on your idea and budget.
4.Q:How to get a sample from you?
A: All samples will be free if unit cost under 20USD,but the freight should be on your side. If you have express account like DHL,UPS etc we will send you directly, if you don't have you can send express cost to our Paypal account, any sample cost could be returned when you make order.
5.Q: What's your payment term?
A: Payment: 30% in advance, 70% after receiving the B/L.We also accept L/C ,D/P if total amount over $30000.
