A4: We supply 2-5 years warranty. Once you find quality problem from our company during warranty period, please supply us pictures or video to confirm, if it's our quality problem, we will send you relacement, don't undertake shipping cost.

Q6: How long for the delivery time?
A6: For led flood light, led canopy light, led street light, led high bay light and led bulb delivery time within 7 working days after receive payment. Bulk order depends on quantity.
Q7: How to place an order?
A7: After confirm all information with you, we will email you performa invoice, please you make payment through Bank Transfer(T/T), Paypal or Western Union and email us bank slip. We will finish production on time, and dispatch goods soon. We will tell you tracking no. and follow it every day till you recieve goods.

Shipping
We ship led flood light by UPS/DHL/FEDEX/TNT express which takes 3~ 5 days to arrive, or by air cargo which takes about one week to arrive , or by sea which takes about one month to arrive , depending on your actual requirements.
