SQZK1150DH-10 Touch Screen Paper Cutting Machine is with slotless worktable in order to ensure the position precision of high-ball screw,linear guide and slotless structure use the hydraulic drive. And the pressure can be adjusted in the pressure scope. For the friction clutch the machine is installed with many safe devices, such as, overload protection, Photo cell, electronic Knife lock and operating by double hands. For all the devices, the machine have the features of big cutting pressure ,high cutting precision, easy to operate and solidity.It can be applied to cut hard paper such as, honeycomb paperboard and PC plate.

1.Touch Screen: it adopts 10 inch touch screen color liquid crystal touch screen with keyboard. It is equipped with imported whole set computer controlling system. The computer can do self-diagnose while malfunction, and do self-protection while wrong operation.

2. Double Worm Wheel Device: the Worm wheel system adopts the Germany advanced technology. It pass the patent No:ZL 2007 2 0192036. X. This structure is new in the paper cutting machine market. In china, only our machine's double worm wheel structure passed the patent. This structure pulls the knife seat fall down from double side. In this way, the cutting will have heavier power and more precise.

3. Double Guide Device: the paper pusher adopts double imported linear guide and imported roller ball screw.,which can prolong the machine use life, and can bear the high speed paper delivering.

4. Photo cell: it is equipped with a photo cell safety protection device.

5. Over load protection device; convenient knife changing device.

6. Worktable chrome treatment: the worktable and side board surface are all adopted chrome treatment to improve the precision and quality of the machine.

7. Air ball: air balls are installed in the worktable. The paper sending work will be easy and accurate.

8. Cutting controller: both hands of the user press the cutting button to operate the machine.

9.Electronic knife lock: when the machine is malfunction, the electronic knife lock will lock the knife, and the machine will stop cutting to protect safety.

10. Safety notice & Glass covers: all the safety notice and direction mark is used to cause the safety attention of the user, and do protection and maintenance in time.

11.Main electric device are imported from Germany, French, Japan, etc.

14.Payment:T/T 30% AS DEPOSIT, T/T 70% BEFORE SHIPMENT .

15.Guarantee

Seller provides 12 month guarantee period , If the machine have breakdown during this period , the seller will provide technical support , if buyer need seller to send engineer . The buyer pays all the expenses including the round air ticket, accommodation and the application of visa during the repairing period. During this period, if the parts appear damaged , Seller will provides the breakdown parts , But the freight charge for the breakdown parts should be paid by the buyer's side.
