Usage:This machine is a manual light visual inspection equipment for vial and bottles or bags etc.

 

Main Features:

The vial feeding through one conveyer belt and stop at the end, the operator take the vial and bottle from the conveyer belt with a clip or by hand of 1-10 pieces once, with the black/white background and fluorescent/LED lamp, manual visual checking the particles inside the vials. If the vial is good, then put the vial on the side outlet conveyer belt to come out, if found some defective vials, then select the defective vial out by manual.  The reasonable structure ensures 100% of all vials will be visual checking before it comes out.  The speed is adjustable regulated by the operator.
