Q: Do you offer free sample?
A: Of course, if the sample is normal style, we provide free sample without shipment. For the special styles, there will be sample cost about USD 50-100 depends on the styles and the quantity. This fee could be refunded when there is order placed.
Q: If the products are broken during the transportation, how can I do?
A: You can show us the broken products by photos or video . If the broken due to our quality or unsuitable handling , we will resend you products with the same quantity of broken products.

A: Yes. Logo style include: Transfer, Hot Stamp, Laser, Metal Board (as show below picture) . You can choose any of them.
Q: What is the delivery time after place an order?
A: Production time is around 35-40 days after receiving deposit and with details confirmed, delivery from factory to Shenzhen port is around 7-9days after the production finished.For urgent order, we'll try our best to improve the production time with controlling the quality.
Q: Are you factory or trading company?
A: Factory, and we have our own trading department too.
Q: Can your factory pass 3rd part inspection ?
A: Yes, but all the fee for the 3rd part inspection is paid by our customers.
