Sffiltech manufactured 750gsm fiberglass filter bag for paper making industry:
1. the filter bag will not fall off under the strength of the press of the pulse air.
2. the sewing thread should the same as the material of the bag, or better, the tensile strength of the sewing thread should more than 27N.
3. the portrait direction of the sewing, should be fastness enough, and no less than 3 yarns.
4. the filer bag top sewing must be fastness enough and no less than 2 yarns.
5. there is no any jumper during the needle within 1 meter.
6. there is no damaged condition in the bag body, if there is one 5mm*5mm damage in the bag body especially for the membraned bag, the bag will not let release from our factory.
