Description

 Ca9-t series automatic wire cutters are used in the textile machinery industry and can be used to cut weft yarn up to 1100dtex.
The basic function of CA9 -t: in the process of textile machinery work, in order to avoid the broken yarn with nearby spinning mixed with each other on the job position, and even interrupt the normal work of the textile machinery, should install automatically in the textile machinery equipment used to detect and control the operation of the spinning. The wire-sensing device can detect the spinning stagnation and breakage. The automatic wire cutter can be used to cut off the defective spinning yarn and clamp the yarn dimension at the cutting point.
When the spindle drum is wound to the specified length, the spinning shall be immediately cut off. The ca9-t series of automatic wire cutters need to be restored manually after operation.
How it works: the spinning is guided by two ceramic guide sleeves into the slot of the cutter. When the wire-sensing device detects spinning stasis and breakage, it transmits a control signal to the cutter and makes it move. When the weft is cut off by the cutter blade, the end of the weft is caught by the clamping device on the same guide block
