This Line is designed to produce 6-8 meter Geomembrane using raw material HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, etc. Geomembrane thickness range from 0.3-2.5mm. With special device, this machine could also produce 3 layer wide agricultural greenhouse film, functional film, heavy duty bag film, etc.

Main Features of Machinery to make geomembranes extrusion blown film line:
1. Dedicated extruder with high efficiency screw to enhance plasticizing and production capacity.
2. Dedicated spiral Die. It can produce geomembrane and greenhouse film with the same Die. (Additional devices are needed)
3. New type IBC system and Air ring is easy to control air cooling volume and improve cooling effect.
4. Traction uses new type geomembrane friction winder.
