High speed double four-shaft winder PE stretch film machine production line

 

This line is applied for producing single/double-side self-adhesive three-layer/five-layer co-extruded stretch film by extruder with LLDPE and several kinds of resins.

 

Features of machine
1. Adopt professional screw design adn gem treatment device to ensure sufficient plastication and stable extrusion. the barrel adopts air-cooling heating device with good heat transfer, heat release and low noise.
2. Adopt fully automatic die to make uniform thickness
3. Adopt fully automatic thickness control system, on line automatically test thinkness of film, and automatically adjust die by electronic signal. the colling roller adopts major diameter adn special screw runner to ensure good cooling and molding in high-speed production.
4. Adopt imported tension controller to control the winding tension, the film roll without wrinkle and both ends of film are regular.
5. Robot operation, fully automatic paper core loading, finished roll changing and unloading system to ensure stable production in high capacity and high speed.
6. The whole line adopts PLC and touch screen with human-machine interface and supports long-distance detection by network which can offer all-round system maintenance, shorten the distance of space-time and realize commissioning in different place
7. All the electric control parts are famous brands to ensure machine's quality and reliable running.
