 Q1 . Where is your factory located? And how to get to your factory? 

 A1:  Our factory is located in the city of yongkang, the well-known capital city of hardware. 

        If you go from Shanghai, then you could take the express train directly from Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station to Yongkang South Station, which takes about 2 hours and 45 min. We will then call the taxi to pick you up at Yongkang South Station and it takes about 30 min to get to our factory from there. 

        If you go from Yiwu, you could also take the express train from yiwu to yongkang south station, taking about 40 min. We will then pick you up at Yongkang South Station and it takes about 30 min to get to our factory from there. 

Q2: What is your focused area of products? 

A2:  We focused on producing stainless steel products including colanders, strainers, deep fry basket, screen splatter, mesh screen food cover, tea ball, salad bowl, washing bowls, etc. 

Q3: What is your minimum order quantity? 

A3: Normally we start at 3000 pcs for a single item but for trial orders, the minimum order quantity can be disccussed based on different scenarios. 

Q4: Can you open new mould for us? 

A4: Yes for sure! We place high value on developping new models and we highly encourage our customers to talk with us about your idea. We will definitely make every effort to meet your demand! 

Q5: How many years you have been focusing on stainless steel products? 

A5: Our factory was founded in the year of 1997 and we started producing stainless steel products from that year. We are very professional at the products we are manufacturing. 

Q6: What is your sample policy? 

A6: Normally, we expect our customers to pay for samples and the sample fee will be reimbursed to you once an order is confirmed. For more information, pls contact our sales rep for the most updated information. 

Q7: What is your preferred payment? 

A7: There are a couple of ways that we accept. Normally, we preffer T/T in advance and L/C at sight. 

Q8: What is the lead time of production?

A8: Normally, the lead time is about 30 to 45 days, depending on the order quantity and the specific models. Pls contact our sales rep for more specific information. 

Q9: Will you do OEM and ODM? 

A9: Yes, we are pleased to provide OEM and ODM service to our customers.
