Hydroxypropyl Methyl Cellulose is non-ionic celluloes ether widely used in construction material. Could be dissolved in hot or cold water and form a transparent solution with the particular viscosity.
Normally, Hydroxypropyl Methyl Cellulose could be widely used in dry mortar fileds: tile adhesive, EIFS, Joint Filler, self-leveling mortar, plaster, skim coat etc. To improve the adhesion strength, water retention, anti-slipping and worability etc.
