The applications and features:
TG-300 soybean milk production process and electric control box function introduction:
1. Bean pump switch. (On the beans: Soy beans need to be mixed with water. After pumping to the funnel, the ratio of beans to water is more than 1: 1. The water is easy to increase, and then the water is returned to the original bucket.
2, grind bean switch. (When grinding beans, add water. Generally, the ratio of beans to water is 1: 5. Too little water will block the bean paste in the grinding cavity, and it will easily cause high temperature to degrade the soybean milk. You must add water to grind. For details, see the TGM-300 instruction manual.)
3, pump soybean paste switch (bean paste through the stainless steel centrifugal pump to the refiner, 2 valves can adjust the circulation flow and the flow into the TGM-200).
4. Refining switch (soybean milk comes out, dried bean dregs are separated, see TGM-200 instructions for details).
5. Bean dregs stirring switch (first add 1/4 of water to the bean dregs bucket before starting, dry dregs with water and stir to mix thoroughly).
6. Pump residue switch (enter TGM-200, and separate for the second time. Before turning on, add 1/4 of water to the bean dregs bucket first to let the pump circulate water. Note that if dry soybean dregs enter the pump, it will block the pump).
7, 2 refining separation switch (soybean milk comes out, soybean residue is separated out, soymilk production process is completed).
