1.Q:Are you manufacturer or trading company?
A:We are factory with 10 years R&D and OEM experience in neoprene fabric and various neoprene materials products.
2. Q:Please give me your price?
A:Our price is according to quantity and other details. So, please provide as detail as you can.
3. Q:How to get a sample from you?
A:All samples will be free if unit cost under 20USD, but the freight should be on your side.
If you have express account like DHL, UPS etc. we will send you directly, if you don't have you can send express cost to our PayPal account, any sample cost could be returned when you make order.
4. Q:How about the payment?
A:There are two main payment terms.
Firstly, 30% T/T as deposit, 70% balance payment against bill of lading.
Secondly, the Alibaba Trade Assurance is the best way for both party.
In addition, we could make further discussion on other payment terms.
5. Q:How about your delivery time?
A:Generally, it will take 10 to 30days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
