What you may concern…

1. What is your minimum order qty?

The MOQ is 2,000pcs each style/color. It is also negotiable if granted as our long term business partner.

2. Can I make the underwear with our brand?

We supply OEM and ODM service to our clients, of course, it could be make the underwear with your 

own brand care label and hangtag on each garment.

3. What information do you need to proceed a quotation?

For a rough price, please provide the original sample, we would make the counter sample based on the 

original and do some changes as per client’s requirement to review our workmanship/quality. If it is a new 

development without any original samples, please provide clear picture or CAD, as well as the measurement 

charts, materials. For an accurate price , please provide other full detailed information , including packing 

method , care label & hang tag & hanger , trade terms ( CIF , FOB , EXW…) and advise is there any 

inspection needed.

4. Can I start with a sample buying ?

It is acceptable to start with the samples, for the first contact client, we would charge the sample fee ($100 

each style) at the beginning of our business, and the freight would be in client’s account. However, we would 

refund the sample fee to you after we confirmed the official orders. After we have built 

a long-term partnership, we would develop the new samples for you free. 

5. What is your payment term?

For the first contact client , our payment term is T/T 30% of total as deposit , 50% paid after bulk fabrics 

arrived in house , balance 20% to be paid before shipment. It is negotiable after we have cooperated several 

times and become a long-term business partner.
