1.Gears are straight teeth, with feature of high load carrying capacity, stable operation, low noise.


2.The gear manufacturing process is advanced, and the rigidity performance is superior: The destruction of the large and small gears of the edge drive dryer is mainly due to the wear and bending of the tooth surface.Therefore, the gear material is required to have sufficient strength, high wear resistance and good processability. At present, the material of the dryer ring gear generally uses ZG270~500, ZG310~570, but it must be normalized before processing to reduce the hardness to HB170~200.
