Product Description
1. HSS saw blade (Φ250-Φ400mm) is applied, standard Φ350mm. Automatic feeding by servo motor, automatic clamping and cutting
2. Full-automatic hydraulic tube cutter, having cyclic actions (feeding, material clamping and cutting) automatically.
3. The feed mechanism is firm in structure and has accurate actions. The floating type seat will not damage the surface of parts.
4. The specially designed main clamp has strong clamping force, reliable and safe.
5. Automatic circulation of cooling fluid ensures smoothness of cutting face of parts and long service of saw blade.
6. It is controlled by PLC control with touch screen. It has simple line and can be maintained easily.
7. Control buttons are concentrated on panel, which facilitates to operation.
8. Cutting length display device, cutting quantity setting and counting device and shutdown device are provided.
