INDUCTION HEATING SYSTEM
WHAT IS INDUCTION COOKER?
Induction cooker is widely used in the kitchen for household and commerical use.
For the induction cooker/cooktop/hob, the copper wire of the coil is under the cookware and an alternating electric current is passed through it, whose result is an electrical current can be induced by oscillateing magnetic field in the pot. This large eddy current flowing through the resistance of the pot results in resistive heating.
The inductive engery heats the cookware directly, instant generate heating cause high temperature, whose energy efficiency can
reach 88%-90%, and changes in heat settings are instantaneous, saving money & time~
