1. Can I get a free sample?
Yes, sure. We can send free samples , but usually you should charge the freight by yourself, we can
return this charge when you release an order for bulk production.
2. How can I get customized products quotation?
We need your products details for quotation, and a closed quotation should neee below details:
a. material
b. full dimension
c. unite weight
d. order quantity
If you have real sample will be perfect for customized products, it normally should develop a new
mould for production, but different mould cavity, different output, and different unite cost, so if you
have idea of your mould making requirement it will be better, otherwise, we need your order quantity to calculate a proper mould design.
3. How long for the mould developing ?
Normally it should take about 30-45days, if it’s a easy structure, it will within 30days.
4. Do you have C/O, Form A, Form E ?
Different country different C/O request, so will much appreciated that you can check with our customer
service before release order, we need time to take a application with China Commodity Inspection
Bureau.
