1) Material : For Top quality , the material we use is a special matte material 0.9mm PVC Tarpaulin , the mesh density is 1000D*1000D*26*28 , So far it has been the best material to produce inflatable water

2) Production workmanship : For Top quality, Inside structure is double layers seams with 18cm width , not just one layer seam.
3) Reinforcement :we usually make reinforcements with a extra strip on all welding seams
How to repair
Repair Kits:
1) The above mending instruction can be used for the hole and the small crack
2) Providing 2 year warranty
3) Providing repair kits including glue, patch materials, D rings, handles, scraper, valve and so on
4) If products broke from inside material and can’t get it repaired , the company will produce a new one for free , but about the shipping , the new replacement product will be shipped together in the next container `
5) About man-made problem(not quality problem) ,our company will discuss with the engineer and production manager , to confirm if it is quality problem or not , the company will analysis the problem and explain to the customer if needed , if the result is not quality problem , it should be responsible by the customer .But as support to after-sale service , the company will provide 10%-20% discount from the original price if the customer need replacement .
Packaging & Shipping
1. For the finished prodcut, we packed with strong PVC tarpaulin(same to the products).
The PVC tarpaulin abg is durable enough to bear the impact during shipment. In order for you to find your products quickly, we make number remark of the bag, and each bag we have printed immage of what packed in.
Customized: you can choose to print your logo on the package. What you need do is to send us your picture. We finfish the rest.
2.Blower or air pump are packed By PVC bag or carton which suitable for shipment, also been marked outside if the package, so that you can find them quickly and correctly.
Different countries have 110V/220V voltage, and different plugs, it will much appreciated if you can tell us what pug you want, or we will the plug your contries use.
